The Bizraa Marketplace allows businesses ("Merchants") to create digital storefronts and sell products directly to consumers. This Policy governs your use of the Marketplace features.
1. Role of Bizraa
Bizraa acts solely as a technical facilitator providing the platform for Merchants to display products and manage orders.
Bizraa is NOT a party to any transaction between a Merchant and a Consumer. We do not manufacture, store, or inspect the products listed by Merchants (unless explicitly stated under "Fulfilled by Bizraa").
2. Merchant Responsibilities
By listing products on Bizraa, Merchants agree to:
- Accuracy: Ensure all product descriptions, prices, and inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
- Compliance: Sell only products that are legal in the jurisdiction of the buyer and seller, and comply with all applicable consumer protection laws.
- Fulfillment: Process and ship orders promptly within the timeframe specified in their store policy.
- Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve disputes professionally and promptly.
3. Prohibited Products
The following categories are strictly prohibited on Bizraa:
- Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances.
- Weapons, firearms, and explosives.
- Counterfeit goods or items infringing on IP rights.
- Adult content or sexually explicit materials.
- Hazardous materials or chemicals.
- Any item that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination.
4. Customer Disputes and Refunds
4.1. Direct Resolution
All disputes regarding product quality, delivery, or refunds must be resolved directly between the Merchant and the Consumer. Bizraa does not guarantee the performance of any Merchant.
4.2. Bizraa Intervention
While we are not obligated to intervene, Bizraa reserves the right to mediate disputes. If a Merchant is found to be in violation of this Policy, we may reverse the transaction (if processed via Bizraa Pay) or suspend the Merchant's account.
5. Fees and Payments
Bizraa may charge transaction fees or commissions on sales made through the Marketplace. These fees will be clearly displayed to the Merchant before listing. Merchants are responsible for all taxes associated with their sales.
6. Listing Removal and Suspension
Bizraa reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any listing or suspend any Merchant account that violates this Policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable laws, without prior notice or liability.
